1. What is an escape room?
An escape room is a live-action puzzle game where you and your team solve clues and complete challenges to "escape" the themed room within a set time limit.

2. How long is each game?
Each escape room experience lasts approximately 60 minutes, with an additional 10-15 minutes for a briefing and debriefing.

3. How many people can participate?
Our rooms are designed for 2 to 8 players, depending on the theme. Private bookings are available for groups.

4. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, the only way to book is online through our booking page found HERE

5. Are the rooms scary or appropriate for kids?
Our rooms are family-friendly and designed to be fun and immersive — not scary. We welcome players of all ages (with an adult).

6. What if we don’t escape in time?
No worries! You’ll still have a great time. Our staff will walk you through the remaining puzzles after your game ends.

7. Is it physically demanding?
Not at all. No heavy lifting or physical strength is required — just brainpower and teamwork.

8. Can we leave the room during the game?
Yes, for safety reasons, you can exit the room at any time, but the clock will keep running.

9. What if we get stuck on a puzzle?
No problem! Your game master will be monitoring and can provide hints when needed.

10. Where are you located and is there parking?
We’re conveniently located a half mile from the Lake Lure public beach park, with free on-site parking available.

11. Will I be playing with strangers?

Nope! All of our bookings are private, so you'll only be playing the games with the people you bring with you.
